Paradoxically as much as we need rains to quench the thirst of mother earth the infrastructure at many of the places in India just doesn’t allow rains to be a pleasant welcoming experience. The road between potholes, absence of apt conduit for the rain water, mucky streets…..taxes are paid in the name of community development yet the ‘janta’ still pays, only in the form of time and personal discomfort.
